Bringing it all together
Aligned Intent is a culmination
of life experiences…
...drawing me towards helping others. After spending over twenty years in sales, training & communication, I had a desire for greater purpose. While I was very good at most roles I took on, I wasn't using all my talents to benefit others. So in 2014, I founded Aligned Intent.
The name of the firm derives from the reality that most struggle to live in intentional alignment with our stated goals or even governing values. The closer we can bring ourselves into congruence, the more successful we will be–as a leader, as a team member or even as part of a family.
The objective of the firm is to help leaders and teams understand their current state, assess existing barriers to growth and work with them to execute a plan that will enable them to achieve their goals.
Kyle Keldsen
I was born in California, the offspring of an unexpected union between a future Army officer father and a hippie mother. Relationships have been a central theme of my personal and professional life. I founded Aligned Intent to help others be more effective in their workplace relationships. This fleshes itself out in Aligned Intent's 'WHY': We exist to enable & empower cohesive sales and leadership teams.
Over the years, I've worked primarily in four areas: sales, marketing, training/coaching & operations. During the course of my career, I've had the pleasure of working with many large and influential companies/organizations (partial listing: General Electric, RSA Security, Facebook, Fidelity Investments, Netflix, Kuerig/Green Mountain Coffee, Cardinal Healthcare, State of Vermont, MTV, Polartec, LinkedIn, BAE, Pandora, The Orvis Company, UK Houses of Parliament, C&S Wholesale Grocers, The Marsh Companies, Americorps, Bed Bath & Beyond, Progress Software, Intel, Timberland, Maersk, etc). It is has been exciting to play a small part in helping them with their larger goals & objectives.
Perhaps more importantly, I've had the chance to serve a significant number of innovative & intriguing small firms/organizations as well (partial listing: Horizon Solutions, Saint Michael's College, New Market International, Seventh Generation, Nashua United Way, Veracross, Lowell Savings Bank, Vermont State Colleges, Nashua YMCA, Bruegger's Bagels, Southwestern Vermont Healthcare, Skowhegan Savings Bank, VSAC, iUGO , etc.). It has been exciting to work hand-in-hand with them on major new initiatives and enabling organization-changing shifts.
This breadth of background affords me a unique perspective on the challenges that individuals and teams face, along with the skills necessary to help affect lasting change. I look forward to helping your organization overcome obstacles and getting your teams rowing in the same direction!
